The 2024 San Francisco International Piano Competition welcomes the participation of piano students and professional pianists of different ages from all over the world!
We're delighted to announce the upcoming 4th Bay PianoFest and San Francisco International Piano Competition, scheduled from August 4 to 13, 2024, in San Francisco, USA. In 2024, our esteemed jury and faculty will feature renowned musicians, offering an unparalleled opportunity to engage with them.
We're thrilled to host our competition and summer academy at the prestigious San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Additionally, we've raised our total prize money to $20,000.
In the past three years, our winners have also garnered accolades at prestigious competitions such as Cleveland, Chopin, Cliburn, Leeds, and Busoni International Competitions. Our competition provides aspiring musicians with an exceptional and affordable platform to learn from world-class artists and thrive in an inspiring atmosphere. We eagerly anticipate discovering many talented artists at the 2024 San Francisco International Piano Competition and Bay PianoFest and extend our invitation to you to apply!

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your steadfast support of the "Artciál International Piano Competition," which has been with us throughout our journey of growth and successful operation over the past 3 years.
We are thrilled to announce that the "Artciál International Piano Competition" is officially rebranded as the "San Francisco International Piano Competition (SFIPC)." Simultaneously, the "Artciál International Piano Festival" will now be known as the "Bay PianoFest," celebrating the enchanting beauty of the San Francisco Bay Area. As of today, all public platforms under the original brand name, as well as internal and external documents, promotional materials, etc., will be updated synchronously.
It reflects the festival and competition's aim to showcase the highest caliber of musical talent from around the world, emphasizing innovation, creativity, and excellence in the arts. It also signifies our entry into a new era of excellence in community development.
Our fresh logo symbolizes creativity and innovation, while our revamped website offers a seamless user experience. Get ready for our enhanced program, showcasing new categories, esteemed judges, and opportunities for pianists of all levels.
In 2020, The Articial Music Foundation, a nonprofit organization in San Francisco, US, established the mission of providing outstanding performance and learning opportunities to musicians from a variety of cultures and ages.
The festival and competition exist because of the generosity of music lovers worldwide - whether they attend our events, give tax-deductible gifts, or both.
The generous support of our community provides us with the opportunity to achieve our goals and create a platform for music like no other in the world. Your donation helps fund scholarships for musicians who will be enrolled in the Young Artists festival program and the international piano competition.
